this is good news that demand has slowed down, i am waiting to see if fed would further drop interest rates and also hoping tesla would throw in some incentives right around christmas time.
did you watch the video?
0:53 car in front of silverado started change to right lane, 0:58, slams brakes infront of silverado half way through changing lanes. you can see through the silverado's windshield, it is sitting in both lanes.
Just saw the CT in person for the first time. It's nice. i was on the fence for FS before.
Now i am going to definitely wait for the non FS model, even if it takes time. no rush.
looking at the overall numbers and strategy, IF they don't produce single motor anytime soon [or low volume like beast] and focus just on dual motor, it is unlikely it will be 2 years. i would say 6-9 months. 80k is still a big number.
but if they produce single motor and dual motor...
weird. i dont have any emai. but doesnt matter.
i am gutting and rebuilding my kitchen in 4 days. [about a month long project and a nice upgrade]. thats a serious spend.
i am going to take my time and see if i really want to spend another 100k on CT or wait a bit longer for the non FS version...
dang, i was right. i got the invite today.
i am going to take another guess and say, they will send invites to rest of the reservation holders soon and open non foundation in July. that would be great.
did you actually get an email?
i didn't get one, just logged in to check the option to 'Start Designing' is now available for me as well. [it wasn't there today morning]
RN11716xxxx.
these people are my ideal sellers. they get bored quickly and move on to shiny new things. i buy used clothing and stuff online, that look fantastic or barely used for bottom dollars. and i dont care that they are used.
I am seriously considering CT (2022 reservation).
i live rural. I am about 2 hours away [1 way] from nearest service center. This would be my first potential tesla vehicle.
Definitely not my first EV. we have a ioniq 5 [2+ years and zero issues] that we charge at home on lvl2. Nearest huyndai...
good luck man.
i was homeless once (few pennies in my pocket), just me, my beatup old car, my xbox and a bag of clothes. never been happier.
now i 've got a wife, house with a mortgage and fakin lawn mower. life sucks.
makes sense if you use the bed less.
Your CT looks fantastic in white (my fav color). My previous 2 vehicles were white. i was going to leave it as is but now have to rethink the whole wrap thing.
Give it another few months you will get tired of putting tarp in there.
personally, i live rural and do quiet a bit outdoor activities. i am too lazy to keep a truck clean and it will be filthy and muddy by first week of purchase lol
