Not sure. I only got the email invite on Monday afternoon. Did all the steps right away and then bam Tuesday late morning the VIN was available and I was able to purchase the insurance policy and add my VIN to my current insurance plan immediately. Just got invited this past Monday to design my Foundation Series CT. I updated everything and was even assigned a VIN a day later.
