It doesn't appear that "Vehicle Hold" is something you can enable or disable, unless it has engaged, then pressing accelerator or brake disengages it. In my video, I see the whole screen, and it doesn't appear, AFAIK. Thanks for the suggestions! I will update after our appointment next week.
Have never seen it. Most of the places we go where we might stop are very flat. Hills on our 1.5 mile driveway, but flat where we join the "main" (dirt) road. I don't think we would have turned it off. Have only had it for 2 weeks, 620 miles.
