Unfortunately it does for me. On some highways outside Chicago, there are 3 speed limit signs one right after the other:
Normal
Trucks
Busses
FSD changes the speed based on which it saw last. It does not recognize the sign adjacent to the speed limit sign that specifies who that sign is for. I...
Definitely not using gpa map data consistently if at all. I can watch the signs appear on the side of the road and it changes. If it were using GPS data, this problem wouldn't happen.
Within a half mile, speed limit sign pattern is
Speed Limit: 70
Buses: 65
Trucks: 60
Minimum: 45
Each of these signs will change the FSD speed limit creating erratic driving.
Anyone else seeing this?
I have a similar problem. It's taking every speed limit sign as THE sign.
Pass a normal speed limit sign : Set
Pass another immediately specific for trucks a little slower : Set again.
Then it will pass a Minimum speed limit and set again. Sometimes these are 25 mph creating a dangerous...
It's held up quite well over the first year. I'm still very happy with it. I did decide to ceramic coat it which didn't change the sheen as much as I thought it would but made the bugs easier to wash off.
I will say I made the mistake of getting too close with the power washer a couple weeks...
My Powershare system has worked extremely well and I would do it again. My installation was only $1,600 so that made a difference. It has saved me multiple times with extended outages in my area. The only thing I would like to improve is the failover. This is a brief outage (a few seconds)...
Every time I go on a long-ish trip (500 miles or so), I get the rear axle steering disabled and adaptive ride control degraded. That's annoying enough. But you have bigger issues that need to be looked at again.
Just had to renew my annual registration in TN and it was an additional $200 due to the new fee. Infuriating. This just reduced the annual financial benefits of driving an EV though it's still favorable.....for now.
This happens to me with YT Music continuously. It's my main source for podcasts so it's incredibly annoying. It does not use the connection to download the full episode or song like phones do. It just streams it. So any loss in connectivity results in a loading error.
I've been waiting...
I completely agree with the OP. I've had the truck for almost a year and it's still unnatural every time I need to open it. Even just a slightly more raised button would help.
This is why I was glad to see the auto-open added to Android. That has helped but it's a long pause before it...
