Hi my CB stays on low height no matter if I change it to comfort or to my custom setting which is set to higher, it's not going to medium height on highway but when I exit and ride on streets it will go to.medium height, is this normal?

237 days something is wrong you need to go and they will ask you how you're paying and they will ping the team right in front of you, anytime u need something go there smile be nice and pick the most competent looking person to help you. Good luck.

pro tip, anyone waiting past 140 days you need to fo to your local dealer or service center and ask them nicely what is up, they ping delivery and move you up, and then you go again and again until you have a schedule delivery option, if you are over 200 something days and still waiting...
