I’m not sure if I am the only one who experiences this or perhaps I am the only psycho that’s driven nuts by it but I’d love to set my windshield wiper to an interval setting and NOT have it change on its own. If I set it to the first delay setting (not AUTO) it should remain on the first...
Do you have the KO3s on a beast or AWD? If beast, are you concerned with the speed rating topping off at 112 while the truck is capable of 130? I have a beast and want the KO3s but have been reluctant to pull the trigger for that reason. I may still do it and adjust top speed to cap it.
I was cautiously confident that this would never happen to me but lo and behold my light bar came off while driving last night. I was driving about 40 mph but was lucky to be around the corner from my house so was able to get home quickly. Unfortunately my truck is wrapped and when the bar came...
I took delivery of my beast in July 2024 and had my lightbar installed in January 2025. “If” the dealership installs the lightbar correctly based off of the latest service procedure the requirement from your end is simple. It requires you to remove a bolt, pop up one panel, connect a wiring...
I received my first sieg heil yesterday while on the highway. Guy was honking his horn while “saluting” my truck. Had to explain to my 11 year old son and 14 year old daughter what that was all about. I’ll just continue going about my damn business.
I have experienced something similar to this on my beast for the last 2 months or so although I am not able to replicate it on demand. For me it sounds like it is coming from the rear but not certain on that. It also seems to happen more often at the start of a drive so temperature may be a...
Took delivery of beast in July. Light bar installed and wheel covers received at end of January. No emails received prior to installation. Actually received an email that my wheel covers were ready to be picked up a week after they were already installed. This was from Paramus NJ center.
I did...
Prior to installing I had provided the updated instructions and asked for them to confirm this was going to be their process (which they did). Afterwards they installed it and did half of the soldering required while leaving the wiring harness connected in the B pillar.
After realizing what...
Happy to report that the service guys in Paramus completed the install properly after I walked them through the updated instructions. They were kind and helpful throughout the back and forth.
I had added it as part of a previous service as a shot in the dark and was told no, I would be emailed when it was ready. After that service visit they needed to schedule me to come back since a part that they replaced on the truck was damaged. They then added the light bar and wheel covers to...
I received my truck back last night from Tesla Paramus and when I checked the final connection in the B pillar was completed but the light bar was not recognized.
This morning I removed the roof panel to see if the harness was soldered in and to my surprise they literally soldered half of the...
My truck is currently in Paramus for the light bar installation, among other things. I’m curious what steps they left for you to complete on your install? I’ve read some require soldering under the roof applique and others simply required a plug and play behind the B pillar. Hopefully yours get...
Looks great! I picked my beast up in July and am having the light bar installed today in North NJ. I’ve read of a few service stations that have fully installed them but I’ve been told they will leave the wiring up to me.
After looking at the install it seems straight forward. My only...
I think you’re right with regards to their design intention but I do wish they’d add a toggle to turn it off if desired. Unlikely, but a man can wish.
Also it’s annoying that the “slippery surface” button toggles off every time the truck goes into park. There should be some stickiness to this setting in my opinion.
