This sounds about right.. 20-25F is around the tipping point. The past week has been unseasonably warm for MN (30-40F+)... My next appt. is next week, hoping it cools down so they can actually test it.

Do you guys park outside? I parked in the garage last night.. currently -4 outside but 30 in the garage. Heat worked fine this morning.

I also tried a reboot.. completely powered down the truck for 5 minutes.

I just tried this.. it showed the battery pre-heating. I gave it about 20 minutes, still no heat. At this point the exterior temp is up to 4 degrees (F). If this is normal for a heat pump.. this is not acceptable.

Has anyone experienced an issue with no heat? Located in MN and temps are currently sub-zero. Dropped my son off at hockey practice last night with the temp around 0.. heat was working fine. Went home for an hour and tapped the fan button within the app to pre-heat the car before picking him...
