sorry but if you don’t mind, can you clarify what was wrong with the steel cutouts they sold us? I haven’t installed mine yet either but confused on what the issue is.
Thanks so much
Just curious, can you elaborate why you don’t want this? I get having to do the wrap again but what do you mean yours look rock solid? Is there an alignment concern or is it purely the cost to re wrap etc? Ty!
Do you have any proof of this? And how would Tesla service agree to switch it based on this conclusion without proof? And why is it affecting driver and not passenger?
I’m looking into getting some sound dampening done and wanted to clarify a few things. Where exactly would the foam or dampening material be placed? Would this mainly help with reducing outside noise, or is it more for stopping rattling from bass? I want to make sure I tell the installer exactly...
do you have a rough estimate on v3 release? And besides being more attractive and less “in your face”, will it also further refine the reduction in being seen from the rear camera when zoomed in?
Thank you!
Yeah, I think I’ll do that. My only worry is getting a bad Tesla service tech who says they can’t replicate the issue and tells me to document it or provide more data just to justify a future appointment. I’ll document though haha
I’ve tried ending nav and starting again as well as rebooting MCU. Same issue sporadically persists, just like OP. Am also using Starlink/LTE and am having different experience than you sadly.
I’m having same issue right now in road trip. It says this even though I’m successfullly connected to my star link too. Very annoying
image for proof despite being connected to either LTE or WiFi, doesn’t matter.
NOTE: I AM SUCCESFULLY connected to functioning internet, not just a WANless router.
