  1. Am I alone on this? (Poll)

I only ever use them for their intended purpose: ingress / egress assistance handle. So far in CT I have not felt like I have ever needed one.
  2. CT phone charger 🔌 works great

I have a Samsung S23+ with a thin "magsafe" case on it and have no problems with phone heating on the CT charger. I never noted exact charging speeds but I wouldn't call it slow.
  3. FSD 12.5.5.2 rolling out for Cybertruck!

That's just how software versions work. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_versioning
  4. Confirmed: Original US Reservation List Exhausted

That is a totally wild opinion to me. Forgetting for a second you can opt to pay for a year @ $100 instead of monthly for $120, saving yourself $20 and the monthly carges... It goes on your card. How the hell does one more line item every month bother you so much? That's insane.
  5. Expand Full Self-Driving Visualization - what does this do?

That's a shite response. Next time just don't bother responding. It's not even helpful because there AREN'T many videos about that specific toggle. Expand Full Self-Driving Visualization will supposedly automatically make the screen go to the full expanded FSD street view when you engage FSD...
  6. 2024.32.5.4 Update Now Rolling Out

Um, hold 3 corners of a screen? "Three Finger Salute" is holding Ctrl, Alt, Delete to soft reboot a computer, and ese days to open task manager.
  7. New AUTOPARK point release being pushed (2024.32.5.2)

Did "it" pick that spot? No, it doesn't do that. You can see in the video the spot being selected on the screen. Maybe you need to watch the video again? I can charge backed in, and it's not blocking 2 stations. That is not a pull-in spot, the pull in spot is on the other side.
  8. New AUTOPARK point release being pushed (2024.32.5.2)

Yes. I did two test parks yesterday, first one was between two cars and the second was an end spot next to a curb. Both attempts were adequately centered and the rear bumper was an inch or two in front of the rear curb, and was back far enough to plug in with no problem. It was backed in...
  9. A Great Way to Wash the Roof & Windshield: Raised Platform

A bunch, huh? Should be trivial for you to link to three of them then, right? I would be interested in seeing them, since I have not seen anything like that.
  10. New AUTOPARK point release being pushed (2024.32.5.2)

Looks like 2024.32.5.3 Auto park is going wide? I'm not in any special beta test group. Just got into my truck to go somewhere and saw the update pending.
  11. A Great Way to Wash the Roof & Windshield: Raised Platform

I'll often have my stainless steel water bottle in my hand when showing my truck to someone. Part of the demonstration is whacking a door panel with the bottle. BANG BANG BANG. Huge sound, not a mark on the truck.
  12. 🏎️ California, Arizona, Michigan Cybertruck Owners – Upgrade to Digital RPlates Now! 🌟

https://www.mlive.com/politics/2024/07/digital-license-plates-being-pulled-from-market-in-michigan.html Sounds like not Michigan anymore.
  13. Is it normal that CT turns off when leaning on center console?

It would certainly be an aesthetic design challenge, but ABTS (all belts to seat) has been a design option for decades. I worked on the seats for the GMT800 twenty years ago with the belt integrated to the seat structure. That said, I can't wait to see an aftermarket solution to change out...
  14. Lines in sunroof? Anyone else?

I cannot say for 100%, but I'd say they are the antenna for radio / cellular. Edit: confirmed, in the procedure to remove the fixed roof glass it mentions RH and LH antenna.
  15. Expected Charge Rate At Home

So much unnecessary nastiness in this thread. Yall don't have to be calling each other dummyheads because they choose to think about charging and mileage differently than you. Be better. The reason I prefer to think only in terms of kW and kWh is that the conversion to miles involves unknown...
  16. Weak Headlights are the Cybertruck's Worst Feature

I would look at it. When I picked up my CT I was disappointed in the headlights, but then found out they were aimed Full Down. Park in front of a brick wall, like a couple car lengths away, and adjust your headlights. Left and Right are adjusted independently. I just eye-balled the height...
