Do you have the Caraoke module plugged in to the USB by chance? I had the exact same issue and when I unplugged the Caraoke module, it solved the problem. The module when plugged in also seemed to introduce static into the audio at times, but it definitely stopped the volume from adjusting past...

My driver vent didn’t work left-right since delivery a couple weeks ago. Now it doesn’t work up down either and passenger vent makes new humming/gear noises when adjusting which it didn’t do on delivery, it was silent. Have service appt in few weeks hoping they address it then.
