my service center took an audio clip of the noise and have to submit it to Tesla engineering to approve the motor swap. It’s taking an extremely long time (it’s already been over 3 weeks) and I’m hoping I hear back soon otherwise I’ll stop in again.

Same thing happens to mine. It also makes a terrible creaking noise when moving your body left and right or when going on a turn. They ordered me a new seat and should be here within the week.
