    It just happened to me, also for the second time. The first time, it got fixed when a software update was installed at night. Now I'm running 2024.33.15, and again, no road data, satellite, or even the standard map shows up. I just tried turning the power off for 3 minutes, and it did not work...

    Thanks for your detailed explanation; you are very knowledgeable on the subject. Following the manual, I tried the denatured alcohol/isopropanol, and it did absolutely nothing. I will try the charcoal lighter tomorrow.

    I just got my new CT yesterday; it was raining at the dealer, and I didn't notice it. Has anybody seen anything like this? I tried to wash it with Dawn, but it didn't do anything.
