Mine works great and not bowed. I’ve never received the error code about tailgate not closed. I leave it on for weeks at a time in sun. Only thing that has happened is fading. I give it a 10/10.

This is crazy. People do some research. . Tesstudio offers the underseat safe for $380 plus the “discount.” I can get the same item from Amazon for $259, which is way better. Offer it to me for $259 plus the 35 percent off and now we’re talking.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. My experience with the Eatonville SC has been great in every interaction. I, too, had roof glass replaced, but my vehicle did not have broken glass and stuff in it.
