Did any of you struggle on the back doors, did you have to cut a bigger hole? I just ordered one pair to test and my rear doors seemed to have a smaller hole.

I went to Tesla today they said they cant get to the issue as a walk in, need to schedule an appointment. Sucks because the only availability they have is Jan 7. Tesla should just update a fix asap.

Same issue with me no horn. I rebooted both ways and no fix. I let tesla know and since I already had an appt with them they added it to the list, but my service appt is in Jan 7 so it sucks. I hope they release a firmware fix asap.
