Dropped it off for service today, got a loaner. Service center very cordial. No idea when part may come in. They reminded me I could avail myself of free supercharging but nearest supercharging is 35 miles away. And the clock starts ticking

Do you need to use a super charger or will one of the other public charging stations work? My nearest supercharger is 30-35 miles away. There are some public charging stations much closer to me. I have the adapters.

The door opens and closes the charger release button doesn't work

Lately, the release button on my charging plug won't allow it to release. I have to use the phone app get the charging cord to unlock?? Any thoughts or insights.
