Traction does improve. Still not same as AT, and as I've said over and over.. I ONLY notice it on beast launches and hard, egregious cornering where I'm trying to show off. Day to day, there's no difference, they are quite good.

At this point, I definitely wont be returning to the AT's. I kept them incase I needed a winter tire. Nope. CT ran through snow and ice just fine with the Defenders. Still glad I went with the LTX Plat.

Run the stock size for sure. Scorpions are more efficient than the Defenders, that's normal. Defenders are for people that want a more efficient and quieter tire than the AT's without going to a car tire like the Scorpions. Also for people that want a more aggressive tire than the Scorpions...

The guy on X is easy to get to. I would totally go straight to him. it’s probably a Saturday project of course getting the seat out of the vehicle and the cover off of the seat back is probably the hardest part.

I can confirm this my brother has a juniper model Y and those seats are like a wind tunnel. Awesome.

There's a difference in grip with the LTX Plat vs AT, I wouldn't call it significant. I've never had an issue stopping or even remotely feel like there may be one. I LIVE in beast mode and drive like I'm 20. Thats how insignificant a difference it is.

Definitely noticed the bottom didn’t help much but mostly wanted it on my back anyway so I haven’t ran that bottom component since about week one

Anyone find a better option? Still rocking the 3d mesh, worked GREAT for cooling. Winter is here so will prob soon remove it till spring. If a 3rd party option that was nicer with the same performance existed, it's an insta-buy.

Yep AS's are more efficient than the LTX Plats. AT's, less so than the LTX Plats. AS's aren't gonna be your off-road tire tho and I dont love the way the look. Plat is happy middle.
