What gauge wires are they and what size breakers? How many amps are you drawing when you're charging? Glad it didn't cause a fire!

Looks good! How much past the bumper does the tire stick out? Almost looks like you'd need to nearly take up two spots if it's a pull through spot.

I just took delivery a couple days ago and have the same issue, I have an appointment in a month to get it looked at. As someone above mentioned, it might have to do with the wiper position and it creates a high/low pressure area around the mirror?
