I took my cybertruck to a service center on 1/29/2025. The technicians performed a "mid-voltage reset". It cleared the problem. The representative said that a software update for the bug is going to have to come out.

It happened to me on 1/17/2025 I tried reconnecting all cards and powering off the vehicle I have a service center appointment next wednesday.
