I added this to my service which is happening tomorrow. Service Tech confirmed its a known firmware issue and is currently under investigation, which should be resolved with an update coming out in the near future. Just thought I'd share the news if anyone is concerned :)

Yeah, that’s how mine is mounted. I have no issues changing it out whilst driving. It’s now become muscle memory and can change without looking. I have it attached with sticky Velcro strips.
