I also have noticed the same thing on Carvana. I have checked a lot the past couple of months and I have never found one available. Weird.

I think location has the biggest effect since no trucks have been delivered in OR or WA yet as far as I know.

I think you forgot FSD. One of the best things about Teslas (and the only system on the market with this level of capability). FSD is why I got into Teslas in the first place and don't see myself driving anything else.
