Not completely, but very much diminished. I like to rest my arm along the ledge where the door meets the window and I could always feel the wind blowing on my fingers. I don't feel that anymore. And it looks like it belonged there all along. I'm pleased.

It's shaped like a "Z", one arm of which sticks inside while the other arm is on the outside spanning the gap in the panels. Sorry, I can't take a picture right now. But from the outside it looks like the other gap seals.
