Hard to understand the market for a $650K Ferrari that looks like a Nissan and gets beaten by the neighbor's Tesla.
Ferrari has a big problem: their average buyer is over 70 and has no interest in electric cars. But electric beats almost every Ferrari on every metric except sentiment. Their...
If it's me you're replying to (try hitting"reply" next time), have a look at my history - I've been a member of this community for about a year and a half since right after I bought my Cybertruck. I love it and it's easily the best vehicle I've owned. I rarely use my sports car because of it...
Strongly disagree.
I use FSD 97% if the time, according to my truck.
Just yesterday I was in a small shopping mall where it always tries to exit via a lane with a "Do not enter" sign that heads straight into oncoming traffic. I report it every time. It doesn't matter - it likes going that...
Mine won't back out of my driveway since version 14.3 - it thinks the sidewalk at the end of my driveway is a wall and brakes abruptly. The visualizer shows my driveway completely blocked off. It isn't.
If I give it the go pedal, it violently stops as soon as I ease off it. It beeps the entire...
I'm in Edmonton, Canada. No date yet - said they're waiting on the part and will reach out to schedule an appointment once received.
Truck still takes a charge from my universal charger but PCS health check failures are visible in service mode.
Free supercharging date in app shows July 20...
If you haven't already, try checking the service menu to see if it's generating any errors.
I'm not experiencing any issues yet, but I just checked mine and it's showing "PCS2_a127_cycloAgdpsHealth CheckFailed". I've booked an appointment.
To get to the service menu, tap the car icon to bring...
Ya, it's really confusing to me to read the entire internet complain about FSD speeding while my version never reaches the speed limit (and my profane encouragement to it has minimal effect...)
Unprotected turns have been perfect for me until 14.2.2.5. I don't think the visualization on the display reflects the range limit of the cameras, if that's what you're using to judge it's range. Pretty sure they limit the display to reduce unnecessary info.
I'm convinced they'll get to...
I've spent about an hour with FSD 14.3.1 so far. Early thoughts:
What's gotten better:
Yellow light handling is much improved - no more slamming on the brakes to stop for a yellow it should have gone through.
Getting into a lane well in advance of a turn is much improved - I haven't missed a...
Not completely, but very much diminished.
I like to rest my arm along the ledge where the door meets the window and I could always feel the wind blowing on my fingers. I don't feel that anymore.
And it looks like it belonged there all along.
I'm pleased.
It's shaped like a "Z", one arm of which sticks inside while the other arm is on the outside spanning the gap in the panels.
Sorry, I can't take a picture right now. But from the outside it looks like the other gap seals.
For those in Canada, I used this:

Worked great - wind noise is much reduced, and it's fairly unobtrusive.
It's a bit tricky to get your fingers behind the mirror area to give the adhesive a good push but I managed it and so far it hasn't moved.
Thanks to @T800X for...
