    I've noticed the same. I've been eying the used market for several months and people are not willing to budge on the price at all it seems. Heck, trucks with 10-15k miles and lower VINs are going for 69k while you can grab a brand new one for 72k... And it's not like you even have to wait with...

    I've read on Teslarati that they are no longer in the contract since about half a year ago. Yesterday, I've called up Tesla Customer Support and they've said that this clause is still being included... Can some of you with a recent purchase (last 30 days) confirm if you can resell the vehicle...
