Just spoke to Tesla and they said the vehicle is at Gigafactory in Texas. Probably 1-2 days before it gets loaded for transportation and then 1-2 weeks for delivery.
guessing all of those who just got a vin in the 64,xxx range are in the same boat with your vehicles at the factory in Austin...
hold out for 2025. All of our specs are the same and we should all get vins by Wednesday of next week at the latest.

depends on where you are taking delivery. Factory is in Austin, it takes about 1 week to arrive at the service center in Northern California, then 2 days for QA.
because they produce in batches/runs for efficiency. I would expect all of us to get vins in the next 4-7 days as they switch production line to tactile grey
i think Tesla does batch jobs when they manufacturer for efficiency purposes. So it’s not a coincidence that others have taken delivery and both you and I have not got a VIN and have exact same spec. They may have done a run with beast and/or white interior this week. Also means that likely we...
what is your spec? I still don’t even have a vin (it was given and taken back 3 times) and I’m wondering if it’s a particular spec?

but apparently there is a new twist in the saga. The vehicle is at a different delivery location so unless they can bring it to my delivery location they might unassign again
