Second time not a charm….
Had the same rattle yesterday. SC moved wheel inwards by a mm, and its totally gone. Probably should be a firmware update to limit range slightly.- acr

Picked up my 2025 AWD today
Had the same problem at delivery. Service tech used a razor blade and a spray bottle of something to remove. Looks fine afterwards.- acr
