As recommended here, I tried 303. It helped but I still had some stains on the black trim that runs under the doors. I pulled out some 25 yr old armorall I had laying around and it worked like a champ!
As most have previously said, it is unlikely the CT will be discontinued anytime soon. But even if it were , I wouldn’t worry about getting your CT repaired. Tesla isn’t going anywhere and they aren’t going to abandon CT owners.
My wife loves that the CT lowers itself when parked . She says it’s way easier to get in than any suv or truck.
also, hadn’t thought of this one until you asked but it’s the opposite of a chick magnet!
I have the same issue and I agree it’s one of the few negative things about the CT among so many positives. The Auto setting wipes too frequently and there needs to be a setting that wipes half as frequently as setting Roman numeral I. Also, you should be able to turn off the “feature” that...
We only have 4 Atlanta CT owners at this point but I’m sure we can get more. How does a Sunday early afternoon work for everyone ? Like June 22 or 29?
The problems are exaggerated media hype mostly. 120 days in with my AWD and zero problems other than trim that Tesla has fixed quickly and with zero pushback
I think the OP is looking for something that attaches and folds in like the Silverado or GMC has vs the freestanding stepstools others are suggesting . Saw a couple possibilities on amazon. This one looks like it might work. Requires some drilling though and who knows what else...
Thanks for your reply. That makes sense . Only extra concern with CT is tarp needs to cover the sides so that dirt / mulch / gravel doesn’t get in the tonneau track . Way worse than tailgate crack
What is the best way to haul loose dirt, mulch, etc in the CT bed and protect it? I am most concerned about getting debris in the tonneau track. Anything else I should be concerned with?
