I’ve been using this with my google fold. Very study, good magnet though you need the MagSafe ring on your phone. I bought it at double the current price now...

Problem is I never had the error to begin with. I charge my car 100% at supercharger. I’ve just made up an excuse that it’s not charging above 24amp. SC tested out with their level 2 charger + no service error message so they are not doing it.

SC was able to replace my cantrail with the mirror wiring on. I didn’t let them clean my front camera behind the mirror though as too much wiring is attached!

Thank you for this instructions! Yes indeed my right tweener speaker is not working. Though honestly I can’t really tell the different listening to music with my non musical ears :)

I had issues with the mirror being frozen and had always able to communicate with them via email. They have sent me new connecting cable, new rear camera and the last bit that solved all issues were the new mirror cpu. It’s working flawlessly now and had survived the ride to AZ 2 weeks ago...

There is no recall. Brought my truck in for cantrail replacement and asked SC to replace the PCS. They couldn’t find any error on my FS awd vin 37k. Told me to continue driving as they won’t proactively replace it until it fails!

My experience with their support is different than yours. Their engineer is in china but they would respond by email in 24hrs. They have sent me replacement unit of rear camera, front cable, rear cable, new software update, and the last bit that solved all issues was the new mirror cpu module...

I got alerted for front motor disable once then went away. SC replaced front drive inverter. Never came back!

My original AT tires had to be replaced at 22k as the vibration started after the inner glue detached. Changed to plat Michelin and I’m driving a new truck again. Smooth and vibration free! Discount tire usually has $100 off a set with their rotating discount.

This is the exact issues I’m facing!

I’ve send them the crash data on the sd card and they think it’s from the harness. We’ll see after I receive it. If still not working I’ll push for the whole unit to be replaced!

I’m using this new version. It was super good when it worked for 2 weeks for me. However it started freezing. I have tried to replace various sd cards still no good. The good thing is Hannsshow service is pretty responsive. They are sending me a new back camera harness. Only thing is all...

The version 2 is really good. I have been using it the last few weeks. I only installed the rear not the front camera. Shipping was little slow as it shipped from china. I had some freezing issue but once I replaced a new sd card, plus they sent me a new software update, it’s been working...
