Along same line, does anyone else's mirror sometimes not turn on. 9 out of 10 times it turns on normally. However on occasion, the mirror does not turn on when I get in and won't respond when I try pressing the power button. Appreciate any advice

Update on @Tesstudio . After reaching out without any tracking they reached back out today. Pleasantly enough my harness came in today. Wish they had let me know but credit where credit is due, they actually mailed me the harness. Took about 3 weeks from request.

I am not impressed with their customer service. 2 weeks ago I asked for updates on the wire harness and they have ignored all texts, Whatsapp messages and messages on this forum. Please provide me an update or I will have to file a credit card claim. @Tesstudio
