To resolve the driver issues doing brake check on you, replace front bumper with all steel bull bumper. Video and lightly tap the brake but allow slow speed for contact on that plastic car. That'll learn em.
Well, all I can suggest is to be more careful. Mine is over a year old and no injuries. Do you wear a ball cap?
If so ma consider turning it backwards better visibility.

You missed my point of being able to "REDUCE" the speed by scrolling down the thumbwheel for "precise" desired control. In Alaska even in Sloth mode presents with inclement weather and prcise control.

I've never had any problems with FSD in Alaska until the recent 14. Updates. Previously, we were able to fine tune the speed in any mode up or down. No longer possible to make those adjustments to what I deem safe and comfortable. Tesla's service response was " don't use FSD". Kind...
