whether the 1st or 2nd harness, it's just plug and play. regarding the 2nd harness, the power source by the driver side mirror only fits in one of the the plugs and the sensor by the passage door also only fit in one plug. good luck and hope you don't get any errors.

Good news is a few days ago I tried again to put in the new harness for the s92 mirror. I repeated the same steps as my first attempt and this time there were no errors. Nothing was done differently and very happy that it worked out this time.

first harness audio error code cleared after removal. 2nd harness multiple error codes including autobraking when stop, air suspension errors etc didn't clear with reset and power cycling multiple times but final did as there happened to be an OTA update that weekend. I may try the 2nd harness...

honestly, i am nervous to try again since the codes "barely cleared" after OTA update. I tried to get rid of the codes with power cycling and double button reset multiple times and didn't clear.

Should I try connecting the power source by the mirror first before connecting the harness by the passenger door? Shouldn't make a difference..

How were you doing it differently?

I received the new harness this weekend, no instruction but was not difficult to figure out, also thanks for the picture supplied above. after installation, it had more alerts than before.. with alert with stability, autobrake, even driving range... i reset it over 5 times, most of the errors...
