App update fixed my issue. I took the truck to service for other issues and did not have the same issue when I picked it up. One of the service technicians said that there were a lot of issues with the Cybertruck mobile access but it was a bug that was worked out.
I am having the exact same issue with my 2025 Cybertruck. I took it in for service on one of my door switches and when I got it back I had no mobile access. I tried everything. Reinstalled the app, tried a different phone, reboot on the truck, reset profile and a few other things but noting...
