check the build month on the sticker when you go to inspect. I’m curious what month it was built in.

My hesitation is the durability of the windshield, rock chips are common in my area.

It seems like heat still comes through. Driving into the sun the other day I was contemplating film for the windshield.

Yeah, I was annoyed but was able to transfer FSD. At the end of the day it was worth it. I was also a reservation holder from 2020, waiting for most of the bugs to be worked out. Will see.

When waiting on my order I called Houston to see if I could take delivery there to get it sooner and they told me I would have to register it in TX to take delivery. I didn’t look it to that to check the validity, and kept my original delivery location.

I think logistics definitely has a part but it could be one rejected/canceled for something and now assigned to someone else. I would assume regions are produced the same time 🤷‍♂️.

What is the difference??

I spoke with a sales/service rep yesterday, all CT coming off the line are custom builds.

Ordered 1/30/26 (Premium AWD) with site estimate delivery 3-5 weeks, was told by Tesla it should be delivered by end of March. Must have been a surge of orders of delays🤷‍♂️.
