Went for a test drive at Tesla Rocklin (CA) this morning. As expected, no SAWDs to drive, so I tried out a CyberBeast instead, which was fun. One of the Tesla guys there told me their first SAWD delivery was scheduled for next week.

A week or so ago I scheduled a Cybertruck Test Drive at the Rocklin, CA Tesla Showroom. Yesterday, out of an excess of caution, I asked the Tesla AI agent specifically if the 59K model I ordered in February would be available to drive. This was the response. Make of it what you will.

For me, ordered on 2/21 with a delivery range of 8/17-10/12. My RN was after Alpine's, RN127155704.

I agree. Whatever the number was/is it was enough to break the Tesla configurator. And I think it also indicates that even Tesla does not (or didn't two weeks ago) have a good handle on what the actual Cybertruck market size is.

Very odd. But then again, the whole situation is very odd. I wonder if perhaps you received a lower number because you are in Texas, while I am in Louisiana. Who knows? Hope we both see a June delivery.

Placed my order on the 21st, RN127155704. Moved pretty quickly because I was ready to pull the trigger on the Premium version, then this popped up. My fingers are crossed for a June delivery.

I wonder what the extended delivery dates from June to September mean. More orders than anticipated? Not enough? Or something else? Having test driven an AWD the last two weeks in California I am eager to resume the experience at the earliest moment.

I put in an order two days ago for many of the same reasons. I also joined this forum, which has been very helpful over the last three weeks in comparing the different models. Thank you all.
