I’ve looked into the Tesla wiring diagrams and the harness looks exactly the same.
The problem would likely lie with the software recognizing that it is the lightbar.
All of the SAWD orders were not reservations, they followed the exact same process as any other Tesla vehicle. Hence, why they had the $250 order fee, not the $100 reservation fee that we saw previously on Cybertrucks.
Does this invite actually mean anything? I'm seeing that a lot of people got that message but the majority still do not have a VIN yet.
I wonder if Tesla is trying to see who is serious about purchasing?
Can anyone highlight theheadlight differences specifically? Apart from the LED strip missing is there any other missing functionality? Any RWD owners in here?
Same here. The AI also can't find my cybertruck order unless I give it the actual RN.
Tesla is probably making some changes on the backend or something.
I would take the 2027 with a grain of salt. Trust the estimate you were given earler.
His website has sold THREE, you read that right… three cybertrucks in the past 6 months. His entire video is based on that.
The only lesson I got from that video was to ensure I never sell a car on cars & bids since you get an awful price as a seller.
I’m not sure why the service center reps told you they do the install for new orders. It’s done at the factory, which is why it’s $500 less than if you chose to buy it after delivery.
That way they avoid wasting the polymer running boards, and extra labor installing/taking them off to install...
Another two were spotted on 5/11/26, so we have seen a total of 4 manufactured so far :ROFLMAO:
I imagine it is very possible that Tesla is prioritizing the orders with options (core wheels or the terrestrial armor) to help drive quarterly revenue. They have had a history of prioritizing...
I literally JUST went down a rabbit hole researching this yesterday. What I found verified that the SAWD does not come with HEPA Filter and does not have bio defense mode.
The Cybertruck parts catalog has two different HVAC assemblies listed. A base one, and a premium one (both are $2300...
Agreed. Maybe Tesla will some options too.
The other aspect that isn’t considered is the vehicle software controls/visualizations. Any electrical sort of thing that is changed, won’t be reflected in the settings.
This only really matters to dim the bed lights on the light bars, and visualize...
It’s hard to tell exactly if the non-premium bed sidewall is one entire plastic piece (I am leaning towards this), or two separate pieces.
If it is two separate pieces then that bracket should/could work.
The reason I think the side wall on the non-premium is one piece though is because the...
You can, but you also need the side panels as well. They don’t mount the same unfortunately. The side panels on the premium have the L-tracks integrated as well.
