I would definitely put down a second deposit, and would love if Tesla did this. Not a percentage since the final price is unknown, but a second deposit of $1000 would solidify ordering priority and generate exceitment (not to mention cash) for Tesla.

I would add I don’t think #1 or #2 would even be entertained until after the 3 motor is released. At the same it’s likely the after-market scene will be very active. I like 4W Campers and hope they take an interest. Down the road I think there’s a good possibility Tesla does something...
