    Anybody get a VIN yet for Canada? Rumour that Kitchener Waterloo ON Tesla is getting 20 CT´s that are not assigned (Facebook Cybertruck Canada post). I will go there today and ask the Sales staff. No update yet on my order.

    So this is interesting. Buddy put in his registration details for BC delivery and final cost is $188,747.56 for Cyberbeast. Provincial tax is $20,281.56, which is 12% (5 GST + 7 PST). So NO BC LUXURY TAX!!!

    The government government subsidized electricity rates are indeed very reasonable, however when you exceed that allowance and go into the DAC (high domestic usage) you pay about $7 per kWh (131 mx pesos)and you cannot afford to use your air conditioner. lol

    That was the Federal Luxury Tax. BC has a Provincial Luxury Tax that replaces the 7% Provincial Tax with a tax rate at a sliding scale depending on the price of the vehicle.
