I just scheduled service for the install and that did it. Took about 2 months to get in and found out it was the first install that the Salt Lake City Center had completed. Might want to go and schedule the install via the app and see if that will work for you.
Are you sure it was delivered with the alignment issue? I would never have accepted it with that issue. Elon's post indicates they have a number of trucks that developed this after delivery (in the field) and have identified the issue and fixed it on the production line.
