    In this picture, the tailgate is horizontal, yet their remains slack in the cable, suggesting it can go more than 90 degrees when lowering a ramp?

    Regarding the ramp... doesn't it look like the top of the tailgate could separate from the lower body and contain a ramp? The gate would not also not need to be that thick if it didn't need to hold a ramp? Maybe I'm just wishing... but I'm sure hopeful!
