So far so good, but I did have the step down voltage converter fail. Had to replace it with one off Amazon.

I tried contacting support, but all of my emails went unanswered.
Ya it'll go a day and a half, then turn off and you have to go in and turn it back on. Not a big deal if you drive it daily, but mine is a garage queen. I only take her out on weekends and special occasions.
My 80 year old in-laws live with me. It helps to get them in and out of the truck, but I don't want them there all the time, so I would rather they retract. Also, retractable steps are lower down than no retractible making it easier to get in as well. And yes, I also have it lowered. Few...
At least you got a response. I have 4 emails into their support about the 48V to 12V converter being bad. No response from them at all. I'll probably mark them on my no buy list as well. There
are others that sell these steps now. At the time Tesstudio was the only ones.
Since I had a bad step down converter, it was not great at first, but now that I replaced the converter, they work perfect. I had them in my 2012 Nissan Titan and 2015 Ram EcoDiesel, so this is my 3rd time installing steps such as these. They aren’t too hard to install, but I found the...
I watched i1Tesla before installing mine. I know that they make a 3D printed housing for it now. At the time, I had to get with someone to print my housing. The main problem is getting all the wires where the mirror mounts and then putting the dam screw in. Otherwise, it's pretty easy.
It was a Francis Energy system update that was needed to charge Cybertrucks. Had nothing to do with the adaptor. The adaptor worked fine in March for my trip.
The one from Teslalaunch is holding up fine. Haven’t used it much. I did use it during my trip in March and it worked great at the Francis Energy chargers in West Texas. Haven’t used it since that trip in March.
Woke up to my email this morning. Kinda bummed out, because that was one thing I REALLY wanted. Going to Montana, and Southern NM where my families live can be challenging with only 300 miles of charge. Oh well. Just have to keep planning. I doubt I could have afforded the $16,000 +tax...
I wanted a pass through from front to bed. They didn't say it was going to be a thing, but I was hoping. I also wanted the tailgate ramp. We didn't get that, but I used my $2500 gift certificate to buy the ramps.
As far as my reason why I was going to purchase the truck in 2018, that never...
