I’ve considered using trailer mode to stop the annoying back up warnings and travel warnings when my bikes are in the back. Is there any concerns with doing this? What does trailer mode actually do to the controls if the truck?
I live in Southern Utah, and funny enough it’s the conservative coal rolling crowd that give me the bird. I’ve also heard of slashing tires etc by those same people. Haters are going to hate. Don’t let others dictate what you want to do. I agree with others in this post that say people are...
I have experience this with a bike on back, although not as extreme. Backing up and parking is a pain. I wish Tesla would add a “Bike Rack” mode so the computer knows what’s back there. It’s not an obstacle or car following too close! Maybe we need a right-in campaign requesting a bike rack mode?
I got my VIN last week and they only gave me 3 days to pick it up. I couldn’t raise the money that fast so I had to delay. I lost that truck, and I’m not sure how it will be for the next one.
Funny, I did the same thing today. I did it because I wanted the extra range for back country exploring. I also added the full self driving. In the specs with the tri motor it said that auto pilot was standard. I assume that the full self driving is not auto pilot. It that correct?
