If they already went through their 1.5 million reservation list and only got less than 16k that’s a price point problem! At this rate they should just refund everyone their $100 or lower the price by $20k.

I’m going to do the same I passed on the Foundation Series and also the current CT model. I think Tesla will have no choice but to lower the price another 20k if they want to sell 250k CT models a year. I give it six months before Elon caves and offers major discounts.

You are correct it is fraud to display information on the item for sale only to change it after you submitted for a purchased. I would definitely pay the $150 to have a conversation with an attorney.
