I got an email yesterday asking me to complete my order for a founder edition truck. I don't want the founders edition, and there is no way to select a normal truck. What happens if I ignore the email, I suppose I lose my spot in line.

Yes I’m in NC too and my number is way lower than many who have been chosen. It’s ok though, I don’t want the super expensive founders edition, just looking for the medium priced model.

I once bought a BMW and picked it up at the BMW factory in South Carolina. It was no problem registering in my home state and only paid sales tax in my home state too.

I’m north of Asheville, up in the mountains. Not sure what my number is, but I ordered within a few minutes when it was first available. We can pick up our trucks and convoy home!

I'm in North Carolina and I'd gladly go pick up the truck in Austin. If they could include a factory tour that would be an added bonus.
