I have seen lots of commentary on this. The one thing I have not seen considered in the calculations is the amount of Range recovered with regenerative braking. Particularly when you are going downhill with the trailer.
Even the YouTube group TFLT knuckleheads noted a tremendous amount of...
GVWR of ~8500lbs - 10000 lbs. I am hopeful curb weight is right at 6000 lbs
for tax reasons.
Hard to imagine a truck much heavier than that going 0-60 in 2.9 seconds and having long range.
Regenerative brakes, solar panels on truck and trailer with foldout solar awning.
Also modularity for camping, hunting, transport, etc. portable and off the grid if you want.

ideally there would be a solar roof/tonneau cover with an “off the grid“ option that included a fold out awning that was also solar. This would go very well with the camping set up they modeled.
