  1. Image of new Cybertruck with a polished stainless steel finish?

It could also be totally photoshopped with the flat surfaces and sharp angles. Probably one of the easiest to PS. peace
  2. Anyone considering getting Solar with the new Green Act

Yeah, I planned long ago to have solar, reducing the cost of using my vehicle. That was my idea too, of a solar ability, to allow even more out of the CT. All great options. peace
  3. Vault pass through access determines purchase?

A midgate would be appreciated, but will not determine my purchase decision. peace
  4. Elon Musk updates Tesla Cybertruck delivery target, hints at novel features

I hate to have to say it, but "novel features" is simply a distraction for the fact that the CT is going to be VERY late. And maybe even later than this. I don't distract so easily. It's very late, and in my mind, they don't have an exact date even now. Sad to say. peace
  5. 4680Cell Cybertruck coming soon

EVs exist today because of Elon, directly. Everyone, the whole world, has been locked up for decades thinking to resolve the EV question was too large of a problem - New vehicles, contrary to Big Oil (who used to buy off challenges products), infrastructure, and more. Elon didn't care about...
  6. Cybertruck Frunk

I like a versatile frunk. Option 1: Someone said something about a cooler - well, what if you could order a refrigerated frunk, complete with insulative panels and access from either the cab OR hood, powered by the huge battery bank. Talk about camp mode! Option 2: Live well, for bait, or...
  7. What would complete first...

hahah... just something to lift the spirits in a time of uncertainty. Superminds, GO!!!
  8. What would complete first...

Yes, I saw some 3D printers working on a home. So, why not the Cybertruck. I mean, it could happen! haha
  9. What would complete first...

I was just playing around Ogre. Haha... something to release some stress, but who knows... someone might have a huge 3D printer - don't ask, and you'll never know. Let's sit back, laugh, and see. Have a great day! peace
  10. What would complete first...

If someone had all the information, and began 3D Printing a Cybertruck today, who would finish first: The real Tesla Cybertruck, or the 3D Printed Cybertruck? Would it be close? Why or why not?
  11. When do you think we will hear the production specs of the Cybertruck?

Just before the truck production begins. Too early, creates too much drama. Late, and people will leak info, and it will be wrong or driven by agenda. peace
  12. FSD Beta v9 v10 or any FSD Beta & children in car

I will no longer drive with a child in the car. I may get distracted. Silly. We have done this since cars have been around. No real calamity. peace
  13. Latest From Musk: Production Cybertruck almost exactly same but better. No door handles. 4 wheel steering. Self opening doors.

Something else Tesla needs to consider here is that it's entirely possible the CT will be covered with mud, or whatever; from off-roading (see, not mall crawling). As this is potentially their ONLY vehicle that is likely to exist in this state, I am hopeful they allow a door release that takes...
  14. Latest From Musk: Production Cybertruck almost exactly same but better. No door handles. 4 wheel steering. Self opening doors.

As a retired firefighter, I can assure you that door handles are not necessary to "pop" a door. Sure, we trained to "try before you pry", but that was just to save the car. Note: As soon as the spreaders/cutters/rams are used on your new CT, it's totaled. Period. peace
  15. Anyone else concerned about fog without radar?

One thing. Cameras don't necessarily outperform people, it's the computer behind them. that outperforms the human brain (computations per second, etc). If a human can at all drive in foggy conditions, cameras will do it much more efficiently and safely, as they can take the input of an...
  16. Glass Topper is a SHOW STOPPER !

Don't take away my sunroof. Just get a shade that can be pulled for your comfort. I might even use a shade at times. But, a glass roof is bad ass. peace
  17. It is effing final. Elon said so himself! "Cybertruck doesn’t need a garage"

Just because it doesn't need a garage, doesn't mean I won't park mine in my garage. Now, I may have a modified super-garage, but ok - it fits :P
  18. I wish Musk would consider this concept

I think it should be wholly ergonomic - easy on your eyes to find, then return to the road (if driving), non-fatiguing for body or eyes, and most comfortable in all aspects to use. This should be the goal of any interior engineer. Comfort and ease to use the controls are very important...
  19. Rear Wheel Steering

It's all about the tire rating. Tires can only handle so much weight, or burn up much quicker. Dual wheels spread the load. RVs and Buses have larger higher rated tires than truck. Just like fire trucks. It's all about the load rating. And, as FutureBoy said, "cool factor". peace
  20. I wish Musk would consider this concept

I would like to see options here. A modifiable HUD if you wish, placing the speed and tach where you want, charge and battery temp where they make sense; or a display the width of your dash, possibly with a game console for the passenger - bluetoothable direct to the game, and nothing else...
