If there is enough room, I will always back my F-150 in. If it's too tight, head to the pickup truck area out on the farther reaches of the lot. You'll be in good company.
I typical use my standard side mirrors on my F-150 for backing up and use the rear view and camera for pedestrian detection. It keeps me in practice. However, having truck or tow mirrors would be a big improvement, especially for towing. I'm hoping the CT side mirrors are decent enough. Oh...
Kyle also mentioned that the CT was much heavier, adding more flex load on the sidewalls, and had to support speeds of 112 mph. I'm not sure how regular AT tires would hold up both in performance and wear. The stock tires may be the best compromise already.
The austenitic SS is cold rolled (work hardened) to create martensitic steel, which can have magnetic properties. So that might explain the magnet sticking.
I too, was tired of throwing good money after bad and bought an F-150 last year. I bought a low trim with a few extras figuring that I'd sell it when my turn came for a CT. But I actually love my truck. At least I have time to wait for the CT reveal and perhaps a test drive before I have to make...
I bought a magnetic pad with a pole to clean my windshield. They use washable microfiber cloths. Warning! Very pricy. I had bought mine years ago on Kickstarter or something similar for less. But it does work well! https://windshieldwow.com/collections/frontpage
It's not so much a gimmick but Elon's ethos that a car should have fewer controls, such as a shift control. The car should know which direction you need to go and shift automatically. I read somewhere that the CT might have face recognition to unlock the door for you. As long as it works, I'm...
I'm wondering if the CT is capable of doing the "K" turn as recently announced by Rivian in their patent. If so, can Rivian really patent it?

The yoke steering will benefit from 4 wheel steering. For the same front-wheel steering angle input, the CT will turn quicker with the addition of opposite rear steering inputs. This makes wrestling the yoke less of a chore. I used to drive military tugs with selectable 4-wheel steering to tow...
ON Battery Day, Elon said that the Semi and CyberTruck would be getting the new 4680 cells. He used no qualifiers. Because of the new cell's structural nature and how it is integrated with the C/T, it would be difficult to use an older, non-structural cell in other varients. I would expect to...
The ripsaws are available in civilian models. The company is run by a couple of Maine boys!'
Here is a video of Jay Leno giving one a spin.
You can order one here:

Elon had me at Exoskeleton! No further explanations needed nor wants unfulfilled.
Admittedly I did go through the 7 stages of acceptance and delayed ordering until day 2.5.
