Kids (like 6 year olds) are the most excited when they see Cybertruck. It's crazy.
In the order of "excitement':
1. Kids
2. Other truck drivers
3. Tesla drivers
In the order of 'I hate this":
1. Sports car drivers
2. A**holes
I lost power to my Auxiliar lightbar outlet, I probably tripped an e-fuse or something. What is the procedure to 'hard reset' the Cybertruck in the hope that the fault will be cleared? Holding down both buttons reboots but does not fix the issue. Thanks.
Yes. The panels are bolted to the chassis, you can use any material, like thicker armour, etc, but why?
Here is a pic of the chassis, you can see the mounting bolts.
I worked at night on my cybertruck installing things, I noticed that the interior lights are weaker than an Iphone flashlight.
You drop something on the floor, good luck finding it at night. LED lights are cheap, I wonder why CT doesn't have stronger interior lighting, is this a safety issue...
-Expect software annoyances and feature unavailability. Tesla Model 3 owner, 2017, VIN 2K.
-Because of a different network and Medium Voltage architecture, expect more problems, some can be fixed with software, some not.
-The 1-10K Cybertrucks will have most problems followed by software and...
For temporary import you can bring any type of vehicle, the drivers license is the problem, not the truck. I don't think they match your D/L with the import documents, different agencies!
This video is interesting, is so quick, I had to stop the frame several times to understand the parts.
Looks like it is super-easy to repair and allows all kinds of electrical and mechanical mods, everything is nicely exposed...
I wonder what is the function of that rectangular void in the...
what is the purpose of those stripes (grooves) in the rubber (?) at the bottom of the center console similar to the rubber mats? Are those to anchor different equipment (like radios, accessories) or are they for water draining? Are they T-slots or just grooves.? Sorry for using the wrong...
During Q2/2023 earnings report, Tesla stated this. (see below). That makes me think that the 500-mile Cybertruck won't be available right away. Also, Panasonic stated last year that their 4680 cell for Tesla will be available in Q2/24 and my guess is that this Panasonic/Japan cell will actually...
Haha, true. Nothing escapes large ice projectiles falling from the sky. Just like the hammer used in the bowl picture. Yet the 3mm thickness vs regular car (0.6 - 0.8mm) will help a bit more.
That's how you build more character, LOL. 0.8mm painted cars hit by hailstorms look really bad, esp...
I've been watching some terrible hailstorms lately and that got me thinking: Provided that the glass can take or not take a large hailstorm, what do you think would happen to the 3mm stainless steel body and the Alu vault?
