Why not buy the wrap kit and have it shipped to your final location upon truck pickup. Several vendors on this site who sell wraps. I would worry about timing from truck pickup to wrap,unless you are planning on the factory wrap.
For CB it’s 4000k towards PowerShare installation if approved. If denied I believe 700 dollar one time online shop purchase or one year supercharger credit.
Even if you configure a FS now it could be a three month wait for Vin and by the time you get the truck late 24. Most of the issues should have been worked out by then. No one knows when non FS invites will begin.
That’s the way to go if you pay cash. I bought a MY performance this year and wired the funds to the Wells Fargo bank they indicated. Most secure way I find.

15k seems ambitious 10k more reasonable. Seems they are at the high 1129xxx crowd. Depends on how much runway is left for the remaining part of this year. Most (not all) are seeing late 24 for delivery dates.
There are several posts on the merits of whether you lose your place in line for the next go around. Consensus based on several reservationists calling Tesla about this leans toward you keep your place in line. The question which remains open rests on if this will be the last year for FS.
Did it say on the order page what time frame I.e late 24 or mid summer? Just trying to gauge how close they are to wrapping up this year’s deliveries.
In about two weeks you will get the PowerShare survey. It takes them only a week to review it. They will either approve or give you the other options which are finalized upon delivery.
