Both the dual and tri motor models say "production is expected in late 2021" on the order page so officially speaking they should arrive at the same time. Despite what the website says though, based on Tesla's previous rollout history of their other models, some of us here were speculating that...

Tesla just announced that Model Y production has started and deliveries will start by end of this March! This represents an acceleration of the original schedule by almost a year.
To me this bodes really well for the Cybertruck production being moved up. The company seems to have a good grasp...
That's changed since the reveal. The pre-order page has since been revised to say that tri-motor will be first to be produced (starting late 2021).

It's a split between the dual and tri-motor models so far.
I wish I could wait that extra year for the tri-motor model. 500 miles of range would be amazing.
