I've read on Teslarati that they are no longer in the contract since about half a year ago. Yesterday, I've called up Tesla Customer Support and they've said that this clause is still being included... Facebook groups, CarGurus, AutoTrader, etc. Are people just choosing to ignore the resale clause since Tesla has not really pursued anyone publicly?
