Transformative use. Presenting something made entirely from other parts, or altered in use substantially is not plagiarism.
https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/fair-use-what-transformative.html

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transformative_use
In United States copyright law, transformative use or transformation is a type of fair use that builds on a copyrighted work in a different manner or for a different purpose from the original, and thus does not infringe its holder's copyright.
There's also the threshold of originality: If something is simple or obvious , it can't be copyrighted.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Threshold_of_originality

Next, the newsworthiness of the subject. Since it's a factual discussion, there is no plagiarism in sharing the details. Next, this is arguably educational production. Lastly, profit, there's no profit lost or gained by these transactions, not even reputation.

Dear lord, you are actually indeed serious.

Tell me, are those your photos?

I’m guessing not since you didn’t bother watermarking those copyrighted photos.
nope, didn't take the pictures. That's why I didn't claim that they were mine. . . .like other people on this site. Seriously, how you can be this stupid is just amazing. . .

But you know what, I'm not going to waste anymore time arguing with idiots on the internet. I was warned that this form was toxic. I'll do you and all the idiotic libtards on this forum a favor, I'll let you have it.

This is why most of the successful people buying a CT won't contribute here.

Where did I claim the picture WHICH IS CLEARLY DERIVED FROM THE IMAGE YOU POSTED was some kind of original piece of work?

Maybe if I’d posted it somewhere other than immediately after the picture which it’s clearly and obviously derived from. You could have some kind of argument here.

I was making a point, not trying make some artistic claim.

What is really bizarre to me is how you seem to take some kind of pride in what is fundamentally a basic photo edit as if you undertook some kind of high art. You spent 10 minutes in a photo editor, you‘ve spent more time whining about my 5 minute hack than it likely took to make the original.

I went back and added a disclaimer to the post so it’s clear the image is derived from another edit. That should clear all this up.

EDIT: Apparently Red took his stuff and went home. . . Don’t know what to say about that. Sometimes I’m a jerk, but I just don’t get this one.

Jeff, as someone who has just started reading this thread, your comments are being quoted, but I can't find your original comments. Did you delete them? It makes it very hard to follow the context of what is being said.
BTW, your comments come off as very biased. Calling everyone Idiotic libtards, and saying the forum is toxic, is very unprofessional. As with any open forum on the internet there are always going to be different points of view, and each member of that forum will have good days and bad. Sometimes you just chalk things up to experience. Also, I'm sure there are lots of people who don't feel the need to comment on here, and that's fine. You're free to come and go as you please. Farewell, till we meet again sometime.

I think the pug nose look is just optical illusion.

Look at the similar effect on the OG Cybertruck here:

Tesla Cybertruck 📸 Cybertruck spotted with windshield wipers, side mirrors, wheel aero covers removed, staggered wheels/tires! 1634934434556

The sides of the hood on the Cybertruck are not parallel. I think that really screws with our perspective. The angle of the other photo is even lower which I think would squash the hood and front end even more.

(Note… this photo is not mine, I haven’t edited it either)

Just going to post this rendition (which someone else owns) of the alpha truck in here for a nice palate cleanser.

Possibly they shortened the front nose because they're going to add a collapsible bumper there To make it legal.

I actually prefer the styling of the CT with the mirrors attached.

That’s ok, I created a business process patent on suing someone for copyright infringement.

I’ll let you sue (other) people for copyright infringement if you let me keep using the English language.

Also… I copyrighted the following arrangement of movements ??
