Has anyone been brave enough to test out 0000 steel wool For cleaning the stainless steel body? I know it’s safe to use on glass and even chrome but not sure if it would be OK to use on the stainless steel the cyber truck is made out of. It would be interesting to know the Mohs hardness scale of the CT SS body versus 0000 SS pads.

I wouldn't use steel wool on the Cybertruck. Steel wool will leave little particles of steel which will rust. Why would you want to use it? It's super easy to care for anyway.

I’m not sure if I wanna use it that’s why I was asking if anyone else did lol. but was thinking about using it mainly on the frunk to easily and efficiently get rid of bugs and road tar etc. Obviously would still use A car wash solution and water as a lubricant. Definitely wouldn’t use it dry

Interesting idea, have not tried it but I would also be concerned about the particle debris on the surface.

I've just been hosing my truck down with a standard sprayer attachment and drying with a leaf blower. About once a month I'll do a full wipe-down with Sprayway ammonia free glass cleaner. Never used soap, a sponge, etc. and it looks as good as new. It's really the easiest vehicle to clean I've ever owned.
